BTS World Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”) (1013 Budapest, Várkert rakpart 11, 2nd floor 10) is organizing a drawing-based, non-gambling Prize Draw between 09/09/2023 and 17/09/2023, as part of the Balkan Rally 2023 event.
Description of the Prize Draw
As part of the Balkan Rally 2023, one complimentary spot will be offered to a participant in the Balkan Rally 2024. Anyone who registers for the Balkan Rally 2024 during the Prize Draw period will automatically be entered into a prize draw. One lucky winner will receive a full refund of their deposit fee courtesy of the organiser, and free entry of their vehicle into next year’s rally.
Duration of the Prize Draw
The Prize Draw will run from 9 September 2023 at 10:00 until 17 September 2023 at 23:59. To be entered into the prize draw, you must submit entries within this period. Beyond the duration of the Prize Draw, the entrant will have 8 days from the date of the proforma invoice of the deposit request sent by the Organiser via e-mail to pay the entry fee deposit for the Adriatic Package. This means that the deposit fee of the last player to enter the competition must be received no later than 23:59 on 26/09/2023.
How the Prize Draw works
The Prize Draw is open to any natural person over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the “Player”) who submits an entry to the Balkan Rally 2024 on the Prize Draw’s website during the period of the Prize Draw. Entries must be received by midnight on 17 September 2023. All vehicles submitted will be pre-approved by a panel of expert judges. The participant who has been awarded the right to enter must pay the entry fee for the Adriatic Package within 8 days of receiving the proforma invoice.
Should the Prize Draw be delayed for technical reasons, the Organisers shall not be liable for any such delay.
The Organisers are responsible for data management in connection with the Prize Draw.

The Draw
The draw for the Prize Draw will be made at random, live on 30/09/2023 at the Organiser’s Rakpart City Grill event.
The names of 1 person will be drawn by the Organiser from among the submitted, approved, and secured entry names for the Balkan Rally 2024. The Organiser will refund the winner the full amount of the entry deposit fee.
The Organiser will notify the winner by email and telephone.
The Prize
The Winner’s full entry deposit will be refunded to the bank account provided by the Winner and will be able to participate free of charge in the 2024 Balkan Rally with an Adriatic entry package.

The Player may only participate in the Prize Draw if they’ve accepted the Prize Draw Rules and consented to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Rules. The Player is presumed to have accepted the Rules by registering to the 2024 Balkan Rally.
No Player may enter the Prize Draw outside the duration of the Prize Draw. The Organizer will not send a reply email.
Owners, officials, employees, agents, and close relatives of the Promoter or other businesses directly involved in the Prize Draw’s operation are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to engage in the game unfairly by violating the terms and conditions of these rules. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify a participant is final and cannot be appealed, and no legal action can be taken against the Promoter.
The draw will be made without the presence of a notary. At the time of the draw, the names received at the time of registration will be drawn by lot by mechanical or manual lottery.
Other rules
The Organiser disclaims any liability for any external, so-called SQL attacks against greatbalkanrally.com, its external websites (e.g. Google), and the server hosting them. Therefore, in the event of an attack on the website or the server, if the Players receive incorrect system messages regarding their prizes, winner/non-winner status, etc., the Organiser shall not be held liable in any way for such cases.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Rules at any time for any reason. Participants will be notified of any rule changes via email or through the Prize Draw’s official communication channels.
